I visited the Mayo Clinic for an executive physical and weighed in at 305 pounds. My blood pressure was high, and I could not maintain cardiovascular activity for longer than two minutes. The Mayo Team explained the dangers of excessive weight and suggested that I commit to an exercise program. I began to work out with Sommet Fitness for 30 minute sessions, three times a week.
Sommet helped me to stay focused and taught me how to eat balanced, healthy meals and never go hungry. On the days that I wasn’t with Sommet, I worked out on cardio machines.
I returned to the Mayo Clinic six months later and found that I had lost 65 pounds! My blood pressure had dropped to 114/80, and I could perform one hour of cardio exercise without stopping!

Sommet Fitness has a total fitness approach to training. Using targeted resistance, cardio, and stabilizing muscle exercises in various combinations.
